Harry founded NorthLand Sales in 2002. Harry owned his own remodeling company in the 80's specializing in kitchens, baths, millwork and interiors and later moved on to sales and designs with the high end European line Moben from the UK. Later, he was employed over ten years as a factory rep for KraftMaid Cabinetry in the 90's and then with Wellborne Cabinetry. Harry went independent in '02 and has been fortunate to represent some very fine American and Canadian cabinet lines over the years.

Harry brought his daughter Kathrine to join him at NorthLand Sales in 2015 and she has proven to be a solid sales professional with thorough knowledge of the cabinet business. She has the much desired balance of sales results that a manufacturer looks for as well as empathy and professionalism that the cabinet dealer needs for their success with a cabinet line.
